		<description>I was just amazed to read this posting from Montreal -- http://spacingmontreal.ca/2010/08/19/no-right-on-red-was-a-good-choice-for-montreal-mtq/ -- and learn from the comments that not only are cars there not allowed to turn right on red, they aren&#039;t even allowed to turn right on green until the WALK phase has ended.  Makes me want to visit and experience what that is like!</description>
