Mona's version of a Complete Street is a much better visual than what we usually see - some lines painted on a road with high-speed traffic zooming by just inches away. i've been curious to know how much money could really make a dent in SF's homeless population. really, there's no part of the city that I walk around where I don't end up seeing people sleeping in doorways, etc. -- it's totally crazy and sad. Blah. can we just up the sales tax one more percentage point and be done with this whole homelessness thing? the girl has got talent!
