		<description>The revenue forecasts for these still-hypothetical HOT lanes will most likely be overestimated and disappointing in reality.  Concerned citizens should read Robert Bain&#039;s recent work on excessively optimistic revenue forecasts for toll revenues.

MTC is willing to do absolutely anything to fund this hemorrhaging BART-to-San Jose pipedream, and MTC has a track record of getting their biased models seriously wrong.
