		<description>I don&#039;t think all those car owners who park illegaly on Sunday are going to church.  I think many are simply taking advantage of free illegal parking on Sundays.  Doing outreach for Sunday Streets last Sunday I saw loads of people with yoga mats going to and from the cars in the median of Valencia. I spoke to one family with 3 children headed to brunch after parking in the median.  They were looking forward to Sunday Streets, by the way.</description>
