Transit services are in a free-fall, bad projects, like the OAK airport connector, continue to get built with MTC's encouragement, and MTC jumps from the issue of the year to the next one in the next RTP. With a BART strike near, do you hear anything from MTC? Not a word. But, they're great at the PR.
