		<description>A little more reflection would be helpful in this article, which was mostly gleaned off a press release.  Transit services are in a free-fall, bad projects, like the OAK airport connector, continue to get built with MTC&#039;s encouragement, and MTC jumps from the issue of the year to the next one in the next RTP.  With a BART strike near, do you hear anything from MTC?  Not a word.  But, they&#039;re great at the PR.</description>
