		<description>So, what I&#039;ve started doing is when I see drivers talking on their phones, usually when crossing an intersection, I look at them and put my hand to my head in the pinky-thumb phone mime, and say/mouth &quot;get off your phone.&quot; I mean, they have to at least be getting shit for it from the people they&#039;re directly endangering.</description>

		<description>As a pedestrian, talking on a cell phone is especially dangerous for me b/c right where I am walking is right where they can&#039;t see. They can&#039;t turn their head to see me.

Good suggestion about asking folks if they are driving.</description>
