		<description>I certainly hope someone or some organization is studying the economic impacts of these plazas.  It is serious data that people will be pretty frustrated about not having later on down the road.  If this kind of thing were proven to be a boon to nearby business, which I have no doubt that it is, planning could possibly even start on making multiple block plaza areas.  Perfect spots for that sort of thing would be anywhere in the mission, somewhere on Haight between Scott and Fillmore or west of Masonic, or wherever in chinatown and North Beach.  Someone get data!</description>
