		<description>I think the plan should be extended, but drastically changed. The mpg requirements should be upped to at least 30mpg, no matter if it&#039;s a car or truck, and the credit should be reduced to $1000, but with an option for $2,000 in transit vouchers, and maybe $2000 for bikes and biking goods. That would still put some incentive on people buying more gas efficient cars, but would also promote alternatives to driving.</description>
