		<description>I don&#039;t quite get it, at this point it seems to be Buffett&#039;s doing what the government should be doing. Yeah, so it will run on fossil fuel. Whatever we do for a great while, will run on fossil fuel. You couldn&#039;t run a national railroad network on renewables if you wanted to. Like Peter, I take trains over trucks any day.</description>
