		<description>Here we go again, boom and bust. Upcoming ticket: a $20m &quot;infusion&quot;. Next thing you know, transportation construction funding will be back to the bare bone again. Unless this country invests and reinvests into its transportation infrastructure in an ongoing effort, minority owned businesses will not be able and/or willing to commit to investments in their businesses that would allow them to effectively participate in construction projects.</description>
