		<description>@jass, the meters are the same as they have always been, there was never any extension or increase. But it would be interesting to see how those businesses are doing - especially that theater.</description>

		<description>Speaking of meters, I was promised that there would be a follow through on the oakland meter situation. Remember, the shops were claiming that sales were down x percent, and that revoking the new meter charge would make customers come back. Has that happened?</description>
