  • SMART is acting like such a… I dunno.  They’ve demonstrated over and over that they have no political sense, which meant that a sensible and laudable project gets consistently covered in political mud that has nothing to do with the project itself.  Their consistent political incompetance, over such a long period of time, absolutely boggles my mind.
