    “speeding crackdown” only way to make a lasting impression is to hit them hard in the pocket book. Not just a “friendly reminder”. Besides, why a special crackdown? why haven’t they been doing it all along as standard policy? then maybe those killed would still be alive.

  • Surely those who died weren’t skilled enough to be riding in traffic.
