Castagnola's Restaurant (Jefferson Street & Jones Street); The San Francisco Planning Department has been working with the Fisherman's Wharf Community to development a public realm plan for the area. This plan includes several possible options for the design of streets and sidewalks, as well as the flow of traffic in the Fisherman's Wharf area. The objective of this effort is to upgrade the physical appearance of the Fisherman's Wharf area and to provide public space and visitor amenities for the enjoyment of future generations.
