    Concerning the gas tax for transit funding: Does this mean MUNI’s fiscal meltdown is over? I remember reading that MUNI would get something like $36 million in the first year. Their deficit is $56 million. So where is the other $20 million going to come from?

    $36M looks to be correct. I’m hoping we can completely get the service cuts off the table.
