  • Establish red zones to daylight corners on Plymouth and Capitol Aves in Oceanview
  • Establish residential permit parking areas on blocks of 23rd, Cumberland, Guerrero Streets
  • Removing loading zone next to Townsend St crosswalk and replacing it near Clyde St
