    What can we do about the chop shops? I pass them twice a day on my commute and it’s a damn shame. I see them being inspected/busted every once in a while, but they are always still there the next day.

    Mandatory eviction if you get caught chopping a stolen car. No way they’d be able to pay rent again. That would clean things up really quick.

    I’m sure Nicasio means the chop shops that are outside on public property, on sidewalks, for example.
