    I really had to do a double take to make sure the date of publication wasn’t 4/1. $1 for every 1,000 miles traveled. Oh yeah, that’s a real big incentive.

    I agree with most of the comments posted in the original article…if BART has nearly a million bucks eating a hole in its pocket then spend it wisely, not on a ridiculous project that for the majority of riders isn’t even feasible.

    Hey, BART. If you’re having congestion problems now, it will only get worse when you starting running to San Jose. Wake up, man.
