Any word on the condition of the cyclist who got hit on Irving? You can’t tell from the photos how the accident was caused, but there seems to be ROW issues at the actual intersection of 19th and Irving.

Going westbound, cyclists are forced to ride between 2 lanes. Often drivers won’t see then or get confused about the direction of their actual lane of travel.

A bike box at this location could be warranted, especially considering that Irving Street is a defacto bike route.

All this aside, I hope that kid is ok.

Any information on the accident on market near 1st this morning? Looked like a motorcyclist was seriously injured.
