    re OAC. BART Board members need to stop this mistake. The bogus spending is staff BS trying to preempt BOD maneuvers. Staff needs to be reminded who is sovereign.

    If the problem is that they would have to pay off contractors who are already hired, why can’t they just renegotiate with those contractors to become contractors on a $50M busway instead of the $500M boondoogle?
