- Potential approval for redevelopment of a surface parking lot at Octavia and Oak into a 182 unit, 91 parking space residential building. Construction of the proposed project would necessitate the removal of the Hayes Valley Farm community garden on the same block.
- Updates on the Cesar Chavez East Community Design Plan and the Chinatown Broadway Street Design Project.
