- Establishing “No Right Turn on Red Except Bicycles” for Westbound McCoppin Street at Valencia and for Westbound 29th Street at San Jose Ave.
- Establishing stop signs on Division Street at Bryant Street and on Alameda Street at Bryant Street
- Establishing sidewalk bulbout at Market/Gough/Haight intersection
