(10.8) Approving “Free Muni” for low and moderate 19 to 22 year old students who use a Clipper® card and are enrolled [in] the San Francisco Unified School District’s Special Education Services Program. (Explanatory documents include a staff report and resolution. The proposed action is an Approval Action as defined by S.F. Administrative Code Chapter 31.)
