Sunday Streets Western Addition
On Sunday, September 19, Sunday Streets visits the center of the city, with a route that travels through the Western Addition, North Panhandle, Fillmore, and Japantown neighborhoods. This new route connects the Panhandle in GG Park with Farmer's Market on Grove St, Hayward Playground on Golden Gate Ave. and Laguna, Kimball Playground on O’Farrell, Peace Plaza in Japantown and the Lower Fillmore and Japantown merchant corridors.

Free Urban Cycling Workshop: Intro to Safe Cycling (Day 1)
"This four-hour in-classroom, introductory course is perfect for new
cyclists and those want to feel more comfortable riding on city streets.
Class will cover the basics for how to choose the right bike and
properly fit a helmet. Learn tips for the safest ways to ride in
traffic, techniques to avoid or deal with road hazards and emergency
maneuvers along with other useful gems of knowledge, like the best way
to lock up your bike and how to use a bike in combination with public
transit, and cyclists' legal rights and responsibilities.

Bike Kitchen Advanced Maintenance Class
"The class takes place over three weeks, Sept. 12th, 19th, and 26th, and
will cover the installation, overhaul, adjustment and maintenance of
bearing systems, freewheels and cassettes. Bring a functional bike and

Different Spokes Monthly Ride
