A cultural district for Central Market

From SPUR:

San Francisco has an opportunity to create a unique, eclectic cultural arts district on Central Market Street. The district will serve the adjacent Tenderloin and South of Market neighborhoods, the city and the region — and become a destination for visitors from around the world.
