From SFBC: Come out for this annual Halloween bike race and scavenger hunt, with all proceeds benefiting Up On Top, a Tenderloin neighborhood afterschool program for low-income elementary school students. Bonuses for costumes, including a special Best Costume prize. Registration at 2:00PM.
