Emily is Business Development Manager at RelayRides, where she focuses on working with strategic partners to make peer-to-peer car sharing more accessible, enjoyable, and safe for customers across the country. She is fascinated by the interconnectivity of transportation systems and particularly excited by systems that make efficient use of physical and environmental resources. Prior to joining RelayRides, Emily worked in supply chain and public transportation before graduating Harvard Business School.
Dory is tri-coastal. She loves the East coast aesthetic, the Great Lakes' steadfastness, and the West coast weather pattern. After earning a bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing and PR from Emerson College in Boston, she headed home to Detroit to put that new degree into practice. She started her career in the heart of the automotive industry, on the General Motors team at McCann Erickson. Finding herself a bit chilly, Dory jumped at an opportunity to experience the heart of the tech world and mild winters. Transferring to McCann San Francisco and diving head first into high tech, Dory found herself working with Microsoft's global enterprise business software group, and continued to hone her account management technique on other Fortune 500 clients such as SanDisk and Cisco.
Eager to pursue a more environmentally-conscious path, Dory managed a series of campaigns for Pacific Gas and Electric’s energy savings programs at DraftFCB, followed by a senior management role at Underground advertising for nonprofits. There, she learned how a clever marriage of words and images could save things. Excited to see what else great marketing can do, she found Zipcar a natural fit.
As San Francisco’s Locations Merchandising Manager, Jessica is responsible for strategic parking operations in the Bay Area. Jessica works to identify new parking opportunities which serve existing and new members in residential neighborhoods and the business community. She builds brand awareness and supports local marketing efforts through visual merchandising at Zipcar locations. Jessica joined Zipcar in 2008 as Seattle’s Marketing Manager where she worked to grow the city’s membership through events and with business clients including Amazon, Microsoft, and Google. She also worked closely with the City of Seattle and King County Metro on car-sharing and transportation initiatives.
Logan Green is the co-founder and CEO of Zimride, the largest ridesharing community in the US with over 100 million miles shared. Zimride is used by 120+ universities and companies such as Stanford, Berkeley, Harvard, Facebook, and Genentech. Logan has long been fascinated by innovations in transportation. Prior to starting Zimride, Logan created the first car-share program at UC Santa Barbara and served on the board of the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District. In 2009, Logan was recognized as one of Business Week's Top 25 Entrepreneurs Under 25. Logan holds a BA in Business Economics from the UC Santa Barbara.
Laura Haber is Director of Marketing Planning at City CarShare where she has worked for the past year. Prior to that, she was a strategic brand consultant focusing on nonprofits and entrepreneurs. She comes from a classic consumer marketing and advertising background. She spent many years at large advertising agencies such as FCB and BBDO, helping iconic brands bring their strategic vision and voice to life through integrated communications programs that drove business results.
