EBBC and Buy Local Berkeley Holiday Bike Shopping Ride

Do your holiday shopping by bicycle! Buy Local Berkeley is teaming up with the East Bay Bicycle Coalition to organize a holiday shopping bike ride across three merchant districts in Berkeley, stopping at locally-owned businesses who are offering coupons from a special mobile app provided by Buy Local Berkeley and Chinook Book.

We’ll meet in front of Peet’s on 4th Street at 1 pm, then bike to San Pablo and the Elmwood Districts to shop, stopping at local businesses who specialize in sustainable gifts. We’ll have bike trailers on hand to carry your gifts, and will provide cookies and fruit along the way. Kids welcome! RSVP to Susan or for more information: buylocalberkeley@gmail.com.
