Join Supervisor Malia Cohen and Planning Director John Rahaim at a Forum on Eastern Neighborhood Planning.

At the forum, we will:
–Review the objectives and history of the Eastern Neighborhoods Plan as well as discuss how it  ts with plans for regional growth.

–Provide an overview of the development and entitlement process in the Eastern Neighborhoods including the types of approvals projects may apply for and how the Planning Department conducts environmental review.

–Discuss the implementation of the Eastern Neighborhoods Plan including the role of the Eastern Neighborhoods Citizens Advisory Committee, allocation of development impact fees and the prioritization of capital projects.

*Please note that we will not be discussing particular
development projects that are currently proposed within
the Eastern Neighborhoods.
