The staff of the Air District and MTC have prepared a draft commuter benefits program pursuant to Senate Bill 1339, known as draft Regulation 14, Rule 1: The Bay Area Commuter Benefits Program.  Air District and MTC staff will conduct public workshops to present, discuss, and receive comments on draft Regulation 14, Rule 1: The Bay Area Commuter Benefits Program.
