Since adopting new design guidelines in 2008, the neighborhoods along Upper Market have exploded with development, and new buildings seem to go up almost weekly. Join the district’s supervisor for a tour of this growth and his thoughts on what it means for the area. This event is generously sponsored by Kaiser Permanente.
