Civic Center Bike Station Delayed Another Year, Riders Left Crossing Fingers
The bike station that was supposed to be installed at Civic Center Station in June won't come for at least another year, according to BART Bike Program Manager Steve Beroldo. No word yet on what's caused the delay, but Beroldo said the station hasn't even been fully designed yet (it's at "95 percent"). BART does have full funding to build the station, however.

Some Residents Urge City to Make Bolder Safety Upgrades on Potrero
The city's latest proposal to improve safety and transit service on Potrero Avenue is slightly different than earlier versions of the plan. While the redesign would expand pedestrian space, some residents at a public meeting yesterday pointed out that it could do much more to make the street safer for biking and walking.

Swinging through SF for a few days, Streetfilms producer Clarence spotted a nice setup at yesterday's Sunday Streets in the Mission. Harrington's, an antique furniture store, used some of its sofa inventory to create a comfortable little music venue on Valencia Street.
