    DPT Department of Parking and Traffic in San Francisco may have to defend themselves in court.

    Citizens have alleged that the San Francisco city towed legally parked cars, charged exorbitant fees, and engaged in predatory ticketing practices. Several San Francisco taxpayers are looking to initiate a CLASS ACTION law suit against the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA, Muni, DPT).
