From SPUR:

From SPUR:

Join us for a lively discussion of the community-driven planning process, fascinating site history and remediation program behind the Schlage Lock development, the centerpiece of the Visitacion Valley Redevelopment Area. Plans for the 20-acre brownfield site include 1,250 residential units, three parks and 105,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail. With Sarah Dennis Phillips from the Planning Department, Fran Martin, chair of the Visitacion Valley Planning Alliance, and Jonathan Scharfman of Universal Paragon.
