In this second video from the Bikes Belong delegation to the Netherlands, Streetfilms was able to talk one-on-one with US Consul General, Julie A. Ruterbories. She also values how cycling not only helps make people healthier but in cities where biking is prevalent, it has a positive effect on the health of the city. "It is great to see societies embracing the greater good," says Julie Ruterbories, in reference to Dutch culture mainstreaming cycling.
