Moving Beyond Cars: Films and Strategies for Livable Streets
From www.ecologycenter.org:
Transition Berkeley and The Ecology Center invite you to enjoy an evening of short films celebrating green transportation solutions from around the world and here in the Bay Area.
Following the films will be a discussion brainstorming ways to encourage all of Berkeley to move beyond cars – to walk, bike and take public transit.
Bring your ideas for a green transportation public outreach campaign, as well as suggestions for practical plans Berkeley can adopt to create more livable streets.
