- Two-year authorization for 24 space surface parking lot at 38th 8th St (west side between Market and Mission Streets)
- Consideration of parking tax simplification for residential properties, when renting out 5 or fewer spaces
- Conditional use authorization for 4-20 Octavia Blvd mixed-use project
- Conditional use authorization to allow construction of the Chinatown Transit Subway Station entrance structure at southwest corner of Stockton and Washington Streets
