- Establish right lane must turn right except Muni at Townsend St, eastbound, at 7th St
- Establishing sidewalk bulb-outs at Hyde and Pine Street intersection
- Establishing loading zones on Hyde, 14th, Church, and Market Streets
- Proposed withdrawal of Muni from BART Plus fare program
