- Allocate $4.9 Million to Santa Rosa and $3.4 million to AC Transit in Transportation Development Act (TDA) funds for bus operations.
- Regional Express Lane Network: Recommendation to Amend the Bay Area Infrastructure Financing Authority (BAIFA) Board and Assign Responsibilities to BAIFA
- Delegate MTC Express Lane Responsibilities to BAIFA.
- Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan Update.
