Resolution urging for the creation of a comprehensive bicycle theft prevention and recovery policy for the Municipal Transportation Agency to develop and quickly implement short and medium term strategies to greatly expand bicycle parking in San Francisco; and for the Police Department to standardize best practices and implement a voluntary bicycle registration program.
