- Establishing various bulb-outs along the Wiggle route, on Fell, Oak, Page, Pierce, Haight, Waller, and Steiner Streets
- Establishing bulb-out at the southwest corner of Fell and Scott Streets, prohibiting left turns from Fell Street and southbound through-traffic, except bicycles
