The San Mateo City/County Association of Governments (C/CAG) is updating the Comprehensive Bicycle Route Plan, which was adopted in 2000, and adding a new pedestrian component. The goal of the plan is to develop an interconnected system of safe, convenient, and universally accessible bicycle and pedestrian facilities, for both transportation and recreation. The plan will identify bicycle and pedestrian projects with countywide significance.
C/CAG has cordially invited SVBC staff and members to the public open house for the new plan. Join us in reviewing the plan and offering input. This document will guide the implementation of countywide bicycle infrastructure for years to come, so the cycling community needs to participate!
