From TransForm:

We are thrilled to announce the recipients of TransForm’s LIVE Awards taking place on Thursday, October 16, 2014. We will honor California Senate President pro Tem Darrell Steinberg and Executive Director of Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition, Corinne Winter during this special evening.
Senator Steinberg has arguably done more than any legislator in California’s history to move forward an agenda focused on creating sustainable, equitable communities. Corinne Winter has been a pivotal leader at TransForm and contributed deeply to sustainable transportation efforts in the Bay Area, particularly in Silicon Valley. Both have been instrumental in creating an affordable California with quality transportation choices for people of all incomes, while helping solve our climate crisis.
We hope you can support TransForm and honor these leaders on Thursday, October 16th in San Francisco.
